This policy covers checklist labour quoted by the studio. The website has no product cart.
What this policy covers
Panel Craft Line charges, when it charges at all, for time spent drafting Marvel NFT comics collector checklists and for spoken gap reviews. Collectibles are not sold on this site, so there is no NFT refund window here.
Before work starts
If you and the studio agree a figure by phone or email and you cancel before drafting begins, no fee is due. We do not take browser checkouts, so there is no “order ID” to reverse online.
After a sheet is delivered
If a delivered checklist omits a published issue that was in scope, we correct the sheet at no extra charge. If you simply change which series you want after the page is written, that is new work and is quoted again.
Gap reviews
A rarity gap review is time on a call or in the office. Once the session has happened, the fee for that hour is not returned. If we fail to attend an agreed slot, the session fee is waived.

Call +66 2 555 3030 or email contact@panel-craftline.click with the date of the conversation and the series name. We respond in English. There is no refund form on the website.
Unpaid browsing
Reading the site, opening Veve, or rejecting cookies does not create a purchase and therefore creates nothing to refund.
